2. Selecting and maintaining recruitment channels, and expanding new recruitment channels, publishing recruitment advertisements and participating in job fairs
3. organize and arrange interviews, and conduct preliminary human resources tests.
4. pay negotiations, arrange candidates for entry, and arrange physical examinations.

2. Proficiency in office software: Familiar with human resources system and the priority of understanding labor contract law and related personnel policies and regulations
